Applies To: All purchases made on the Tvarit platform


1. Overview

Tvarit is committed to delivering high-quality electronics from trusted sellers. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return it under the conditions outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return if:

  • It is defective, damaged, or not as described

  • It was delivered with missing accessories or components

  • You received the wrong product/model/variant

Products must be:

  • Returned in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories

  • In unused condition, unless it was found to be defective after opening....


3. Return Window

Accessories  7 days

Return window starts from the date of delivery.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged on arrival:

  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers


5. Return Process

  1. Initiate Request: Go to My OrdersRequest Return

  2. Upload Photos: Attach clear images showing the issue

  3. Approval & Pickup: If approved, Tvarit will arrange a free reverse pickup

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once inspected, refund/replacement will be initiated


6. Refund Options

  • Refunds will be credited to your   original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Processing time:

    • UPI/Card: 5–7 working days

    • Bank Transfer: 5–7 working days

    • Wallet/Credits: 24 hours


7. Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability

  • If replacement isn’t available, a full refund will be issued


8. Damaged or Missing Products

If your product is:

  • Damaged on delivery: Report within 24 hours

  • Missing components: Report within 24 hours

  • Provide unboxing video/photos when available

  • Your order will replace and exchange will deliver within 10 days 

9. Responsibility & Exceptions

  • Tvarit reserves the right to reject return requests if:

    • The issue reported is not valid

    • The item shows signs of misuse or physical damage not caused during delivery

  • Seller decisions are subject to platform verification and quality checks
