1. Overview

Tvarit is committed to delivering electronics safely, quickly, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, dispatch, and delivery timelines across our vendor network.


2. Delivery Coverage

We currently serve selected cities and zones through:

  • In-house delivery agents (for fast deliveries)

  • Third-party logistics partners (for extended coverage)

  • Seller-fulfilled shipping (for special items)

You will be notified at checkout if your pincode is not serviceable.


3. Shipping Timeframes

Category Delivery Time Mode
Mobile Phones 30 mins – 60 mins order will  delivery (in-zone)
Laptops & Tablets 30 mins – 60 mins order will delivery (in-zone)
Accessories & Gadgets 30 mins – 60 mins order will delivery (in-zone)
Large Appliances 30 mins – 60 mins order will  delivery (in-zone)
Pre-Order / Special Items 5 to 7 days  order will delivery (in-zone)

Shipping times may vary based on your location and seller warehouse availability.


4. Order Processing

  • You will receive real-time tracking updates via SMS/email/in-app notification


5. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499

  • For orders below this, a nominal delivery fee (₹99) applies

  • COD orders may attract additional handling charges


6. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items from different vendors:

  • You may receive items in separate deliveries

  • Each will have individual tracking and estimated delivery time


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the seller

  • In case of prepaid orders, a refund will be issued after Product Not Delivering.


8. Packaging & Handling

  • All electronics are packed in tamper-proof, protective packaging

  • High-value items may require identity verification upon delivery

  • We recommend customers record unboxing videos for damage/loss claims


9. Delays & Exceptions

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Vendor or inventory issues

  • Festivals, strikes, or logistics restrictions

In such cases, Tvarit will inform you promptly and work to minimize inconvenience.

  • You can track your order in real-time via the Tvarit app or website
